Understanding Indexing Is Important

Go to google.com and type in site:domainname.com

If you have 100 pages on your site.  Google is having problems indexing your site.

Click on cashed to see the last time Google updated the indexing. 

Now try Bing:  It will usually be much lower and probably needs to go back up in number.

You have to do an analysis on your keywords to know what works. 

Go to http://adwords.google.com/ - it is free.

Go into your adwords account.  Go to http://www.adwords.com/

Add keywords like olive oil, uncheck broad to exact.

Click the "Local Monthly Search" button. 

Search for the ones you like.
